Finance operations & ERP integration

Problem

Operations and finance teams need connected workflows for vehicle intake, reservations, payments, refunds, settlement, and reporting. Keeping separate records creates manual reconciliation work.

Solution

A Vue admin console with role-based menus and Microsoft SSO, plus integration with the company ERP. The work also covers vehicle grading and partner-specific reporting.

My role

Built and maintained admin modules, refactored the ERP integration, and worked on grading, reporting, and the migration of parts of the admin to Odoo.

Technical challenge

Auction and ERP data need to stay consistent when transfers fail. Different teams also need different access and report formats for the same underlying operations.

Result

The admin brings auction and finance workflows together, while ERP synchronization replaces separate manual re-entry for connected records.
